Pastor

 
Rev. Tim Marks was appointed pastor of the Arbala-Gafford Chapel United Methodist Charge on July 1, 2009. Tim, his wife Becky and son Andrew moved to the Sulphur Springs area from Wichita Falls, where Tim retired from the U.S. Air Force. Prior to being appointed to Arbala-Gafford Chapel, Tim served as the supply pastor at Garvin UMC near Boyd, Texas. Tim is certified as a candidate for ordained ministry by the North Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church and is licensed for ministry in the local church. He is currently pursuing the Master of Divinity Degree at Brite Divinity School, Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
